Chemical-resistant plunger can for economical dispensing
The plunger can enables the controlled and safe moistening of cleaning rags, cleaning paper and absorbent sheeting. As a robust safety container, it supports the economical dispensing of solvents, disinfectants and other aggressive liquids.
The moistening can consists of resistant, yellow polyethylene (HDPE). The chemically resistant material is suitable for handling acids, alkalis and numerous chemicals. A PTFE seal complements the robust construction and contributes to the reliable sealing of the container.
The easy-to-use pump mechanism delivers the required amount of liquid onto the stainless steel soaking dish. With a diameter of 128 mm, this offers sufficient space to moisten rags, paper or absorbent sheeting in a targeted manner. To do this, the material is pressed onto the dish and the pump mechanism is operated. The liquid moves upwards and can be absorbed directly by the cleaning textile placed on top.
Unused liquid then flows back into the safety container. This reduces unnecessary losses and cleaning media can be dispensed economically. Since only a limited amount of liquid is exposed on the soaking dish, the plunger can also contribute to reducing flammable or hazardous vapours in the workplace.
The conspicuous yellow model additionally improves visibility in the working environment. Typical areas of application for the moistening can are workshops, production facilities, laboratories, maintenance departments as well as professional cleaning and surface treatment areas.
Includes safety sticker for the labelling of contents with GHS warning symbols and hazard statements (multilingual: D / F / GB / ES).
