  • The suitability of the CLEANA coating for use with foodstuffs has been certified by the German institute for foodstuffs, consumer goods and environmental analysis of Nehring in Braunschweig. CLEANA shelving units are thus a cost effective alternative to stainless steel shelving units
  • CLEANA shelving units are temperature resistant from –20 °C to +40 °C
  • The CLEANA coating is condensation-proof, will not blister and does not lose its sheen
  • Optimum mechanical properties of the CLEANA coating: as it is applied to a hot dip galvanised substrate, it will not rust even if the coating is damaged
  • All edges are bevelled, therefore no risk of injury
  • Modular shelf design for easy plug-in assembly
  • Shelf levels adjustable in 30 mm increments
The CLEANA white powder coating system meets the strict requirements of the German Food and Feed Code (LFGB) for direct contact with foodstuffs (as well as unpacked foods), as well as article 3 of the Directive (EU) no. 1935/2004 (STJR09-070, 15.07.2010).

It is necessary to reinforce every standard shelf unit and every other extension shelf unit with the supplied cross braces.
External shelf unit dimensions:
Standard shelf unit
Shelf width + 50 mm, shelf depth + 20 mm.
Extension shelf unit
Shelf width + 10 mm, shelf depth + 20 mm.

If the height of the shelf unit equals more than 5 times its depth, it must be secured against tipping with suitable floor or wall fasteners.
The specified max. load values are applicable with uniform load distribution. Additional shelves may be used if the specified max. bay load is observed.
