Rack base sump – safe retrofitting for legally compliant hazardous substance storage
The rack base sump enables the quick and economical conversion of existing pallet racking into legally compliant hazardous substance storage facilities. As a resistant sump tray made of polyethylene (PE), it offers reliable protection when storing aggressive liquids.
The high-quality rack tray impresses with its resistance to chemicals, acids and alkalis. This makes it suitable for demanding fields of application in industry, warehousing and production. The sump tray is simply pushed under existing pallet racking and can be integrated into existing storage structures without complex modifications.
Thanks to its construction, the rack tray is suitable for all common shelf bay widths and standard racking systems. It supports the safe indoor storage of drums, IBCs/KTCs and small containers in pallet racking and meets the requirements for the legally compliant storage of hazardous substances.
The integrated ground clearance of 100 mm enables easy transport as well as loading of the racking with pallet trucks or other industrial trucks. This facilitates daily handling and ensures efficient workflows.
