The GRP pallet sump tray, with approval, provides reliable protection during the storage and transport of hazardous liquids. The corrosion-resistant shallow tray fits onto Euro pallets and is suitable for small containers as well as 60- and 120-litre drums.
Manufactured from glass-fibre reinforced plastic, the sump tray is highly resistant to oils, acids, alkalis, emulsions and cleaning agents up to a pH value of 8. As a result, the shallow tray remains resilient even with regular contact with different liquids. The material is corrosion-resistant and suitable for use in storage, production and workshop areas.
The low overall height facilitates the loading and removal of drums. At the same time, the sump tray can be placed securely onto a Euro pallet. This creates a stable unit for storage in pallet racking and for internal transport. Spilled or leaking liquids are reliably retained. This reduces the risk of ground contamination and facilitates monitoring of the storage area.
The GRP pallet sump tray is suitable for the storage of water-hazardous liquids of GHS categories 1 to 4. In addition, it can be used for flammable liquids with a flash point above 55 °C. The general technical approval Z-40.12-227 from the DIBt, Berlin, supports compliant use.
The shallow tray is suitable for companies where liquid containers are provided on Euro pallets in a space-saving, safe and transportable manner. Areas of application include hazardous material stores, pallet racking, production facilities, workshops and logistics areas.
