Hanging rack sump tray – for retrofitting existing racking systems

Hanging rack sump trays enable the simple retrofitting of existing racking systems into a legally compliant hazardous material store. With a sump capacity of 200 litres and direct integration into existing racking structures, this rack sump tray offers a practical solution for the safe storage of drums and small containers.

The stable and robust tray construction made of 3 mm thick sheet steel is designed for daily use in industry, workshop and warehouse. A zinc plated grate with a max. load of 1000 kg/m² under an evenly distributed load ensures a resilient storage surface. As a result, the sump tray is suitable both for packages on pallets and for individual containers with liquids hazardous to water.

The rack sump trays are placed directly onto existing beams or suspended in the racking system. The dimension between the beams is 915 mm. This allows uncomplicated integration into many existing racking installations, thereby avoiding complex modifications.

Approved for the storage of liquids hazardous to water, the sump tray supports compliance with statutory requirements for the indoor storage of hazardous materials. At the same time, it helps to safely collect escaping liquids and protect sensitive storage areas.
