Mobile GRP sump tray for safe drum transport and as a flexible dispensing station
The mobile GRP sump tray combines high chemical resistance with convenient drum handling. Thanks to the low overall height and the robust wheeled base, it is excellently suited as a drum transport trolley and mobile dispensing station in industry, workshop and warehouse.
Manufactured from glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GRP), the sump tray impresses with its high resistance to oils, emulsions as well as numerous chemicals such as acids and alkalis up to a pH value of 8. The corrosion-resistant material supports a long service life even in demanding work areas. This makes the drum transport trolley particularly suitable for the internal transport of small containers as well as 60- and 200-litre drums.
The hot dip galvanised dolly is equipped with a push handle and integrated impact protection. Four castors – two swivel and two fixed castors with a diameter of 125 mm – enable controlled and smooth moving of the dispensing station. The removable, hot dip galvanised steel grating facilitates cleaning and supports safe handling of the containers.
Due to the low overall height, drums can be lifted, moved and positioned more easily. At the same time, the mobile dispensing station offers a reliable solution for transport and dispensing processes. The general building inspectorate approval provides additional safety for use in professional operating environments.
