PE sump tray for tank containers IBC/KTC
The PE sump tray for tank containers IBC/KTC offers a reliable solution for the safe storage and controlled dispensing of water-hazardous liquids. The robust polyethylene impresses with its high resistance to oils, acids and alkalis and is therefore suitable for demanding applications in the commercial sector.
As a storage station and dispensing station, the sump tray supports safe handling of aggressive liquids of GHS categories 1 – 4. Leaking media are reliably collected and thus contribute to the protection of employees, operating areas and the environment. The model is specially designed to accommodate IBC and KTC tank containers.
The integrated fork pockets allow easy moving of the storage station with a pallet truck or stacker. Depending on the requirements, the dispensing station is available without a PE standing surface, so that IBC/KTC can be placed directly on the tray. Alternatively, a continuous PE standing surface ensures convenient placement of the containers. Openings in the standing surface ensure the controlled drainage of escaping liquids into the tray.
Thanks to the durable construction, the storage station is suitable for permanent use in production, logistics and hazardous material storage. The dispensing station has a declaration of conformity (ÜHP) as well as a general building authority approval from the DIBt, Berlin. As a result, the requirements for the safe and legally compliant storage of hazardous substances are reliably met.
