PE tray for 60-litre drums and small containers – robust sump tray for hazardous substances
The PE tray for 60-litre drums and small containers combines high resistance with a particularly robust, durable construction. The sump tray is suitable for small containers as well as 50 and 60-litre drums and supports the safe, compliant storage of water-hazardous liquids.
The tray and the removable grate are made of resistant polyethylene. Tray and feet are made of one piece. This results in a stable construction for demanding use in industry, workshop and warehouse. The material is highly resistant to oils, acids, alkalis and other aggressive media. A sump capacity of 66 litres ensures that leaking liquids can be reliably collected.
The small container sump tray can be used flexibly. Containers can be placed directly in the tray or on the removable PE grate. The grate creates a safe storage area above the collection area and can be easily removed if required.
For efficient handling, the sump tray is accessible from underneath. With a foot spacing of 290 and 595 mm respectively and a ground clearance of 105 mm, it can be lifted with suitable industrial trucks. This facilitates internal transport and relocation processes.
The PE tray is ideal for compliant indoor storage as well as for the handling and transport of aggressive and water-hazardous liquids of GHS categories 1–4. The general construction approval from the DIBt, Berlin, confirms its suitability for the intended use.
