Material
The PROFESSIONAL PREMIUM transport aid represents high quality and safety. It features an extra large, heavy duty platform made of a sturdy, FSC® certified multiplex plywood panel. The FSC® certificate, awarded by the Forest Stewardship Council, is an internationally recognised environmental quality seal. It guarantees that only wood is used for the production of FSC® certified products which originates from sustainable and responsible forestry operations.
A MaxiGRIP special coating makes the surface anti-slip and water repellent.
Housing, mounting plates and side brakes on the heavy duty castors are made of particularly thick walled, zinc plated steel. The wheel body is made of heavy, solid cast iron, the elastic soft running surface is made of high quality polyurethane.
Technology + design
The PROFESSIONAL PREMIUM is ideally suited for easily and comfortably moving even extremely heavy loads. It is equipped with four extremely strong heavy duty castors with ingenious technical details. This makes them particularly safe, hardwearing and highly versatile: two of the castors feature a strong side brake and can be used as required, either as swivel castors or as fixed castors. The dolly is equipped with a direction lock, which allows it to be converted in no time at all: simply pull the transformation lever, turn and lock in place – it's done!
Additional benefits: the heavy duty castors are equipped with two injection nozzles for lubricants in the ball bearing and roller bearing. A non-marking soft running surface on the wheels ensures scratch and streak free mobility on all hard/sensitive floor surfaces.
A suspension hole integrated in the platform makes convenient transport from and to its place of use possible, and provides a useful way to hang it up.
