The mobile work tables are perfect for use in changing locations in your production facility, warehouse or workshop. The stable frame with 4 legs has additional cross struts at the top and bottom. Frame feet at the bottom with end element incl. height adjustment and castor set, 4 swivel castors with brakes (castor diameter 125 mm, overall height 150 mm, tread made of thermoplastic rubber (grey, non-marking, 85° shore), wheel body made of polypropylene).
Cross struts made of profiled steel tubing 50 x 25 x 2 mm at the top under the worktop at the front and rear. Bracing beams at the rear (left and right) as a connection between the pair of frame legs and the rear cross strut. Powder coated.
Worktop thickness 22 mm. Top and bottom with a light grey melamine resin direct coating in accordance with DIN 68765. Splashproof and dirt resistant.
Surface properties in accordance with EN 14322 / EN 14323: abrasion resistance class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance grade >= 3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, white spirit), susceptibility to cracking grade >= 3, reaction to cigarette burns grade 3, reaction to water vapour grade 4. Certificate of non-objection covering reasonable migration, therefore also making it suitable for use in the food sector. Coating with normally flammability (B2) in accordance with DIN 4102. Moulded chipboard panel core in accordance with EN 309 / EN 312 (emission class E1). Light grey, antistatic ABS edging on all sides. System base frame, frame with pairs of feet made of profiled steel tubing (30 x 30 x 2 mm) incl. cross struts (top and bottom).
