This plate clamper allows the exact position to be determined, and simply corrected afterwards if needed, without the entire join slipping.
To make adjustments, the pump suction lifters with slackened rubber discs are pushed firmly onto the surfaces to be lifted. Just a few pump movements are needed to create a negative pressure with maximum vacuum and a maximum horizontal clamping force of 1200 N. The reliability of the vacuum can easily be monitored using a red marking ring on the pump stem. If there is a loss of vacuum, the negative pressure can be regenerated at any time without the plate clamper detaching from the surface, or it can be completely removed by using the valve.
