Guess how much weight a transport device castor can carry? Now, you'll probably say it completely depends on which castors for which transport devices you mean. That's correct. Nevertheless we have looked at this more carefully and our strongest castors have shown that at a maximum load of 800 kg our fork roller for platform trucks remains undefeated. And these castors have extremely small wheel diameters. The smallest is 82 mm. The fork roller is combined with a steering wheel which can also carry about 400 kg. Altogether this means a maximum load of over 2 tonnes.
Back to the diameter: A semi-elastic tyre, which, for example, can be affixed to a roll container or a aluminium container truck, can withstand about 120 kg on its own. In combination with three other castors you can easily transport heavy goods.
