The waste sacks are made from carefully selected recycled granulate containing 97% post industrial waste material. Burning is unproblematic, because polyethylene (PE) is made of the elements carbon and hydrogen. PE in landfill sites does not contaminate ground water and does not release any toxic gases or substances.
